At Dragonfly we ensure every client is treated like royalty. We will always run on time and ask every individual to respect that all clients are unique and special and all clients will have each treatment time designed just for them.

If you run late for your appointment, your treatment time will be cut short so we ask if you can please come at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled time.
We understand life can sometimes get in the way and unexpected emergencies do arise but we ask if you have a booking for a treatment that takes more than 1 hour please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation. If this is not done 50% of treatment cost will be charged. If you happen to not show up for your appointment and do not give any notice we regretfully will charge the full 100% of treatment cost. We are an exclusive and busy clinic and require a sufficient amount of time to re-fill your position.
Credit card details will be asked for bookings over 1 hour to secure the time especially for you.
Any transactions over $300 on credit card facilities will incur a 3% fee.
